COA Founder Linda Pinizzotto Speaks Out

Linda Pinizzotto, Founder and Chairman of Condo Owners Association (COA), a registered non-profit Association to represent Condo Owners across the Province speaks at Queen's Park, Toronto in support of changes to the Condo Act as  introduced by MPP Rosario Marchese of Trinity Spadina.

COA can support the development of its members and foster a prosperous and sustainable economic environment while contributing to the quality of life in the condo community but this mission had to be based province wide.

The Province of Ontario has over 1,000,000 Million Condo Owners and still growing.  The strength of these owners can make the difference and make changes.   We all need to work together province-wide to protect not only Condo Owners but also home owners.  Everyone will know someone living in a condominium and whether that person is your son, daughter, mother, father, other family member, friend, co-worker or aquaintance - we are all affected.   All Home Owners are also affected because the condo market affects all of the other markets whether they are residential and commercial properties.   The general public needs to understand the importance of creating a solid viable future for these huge buildings because they have created a new landscape for our Province and they need proper governance and regulations that will support and protect all of our futures.
